2. Hosting & server log files

This website is provided via Vercel Inc. (USA); content is delivered from servers in the European Union (Frankfurt am Main). When the site is accessed, technically necessary data (including IP address, date/time, requested file, browser/device type) is processed in server log files to ensure delivery, security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, efficient operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel; for any US access we additionally rely on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

3. Web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, cookieless reach measurement. No cookies are set and no cross-device profile is created; only aggregated usage data (e.g. page views) is evaluated. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation and improvement of our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact form

Via the contact form we process the data you enter (name, company, email, phone if provided, requested service, message) in order to handle your inquiry. The inquiry is delivered to us by email via Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, servers in the EU); your email address is set as the reply-to address. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We store the data only for as long as is necessary to handle the inquiry.

Hosting and mail delivery take place within the EU. Vercel Inc. is a US company; for any access from the USA we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

7. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Server log files are automatically deleted or anonymised after a short time.
